~ Pride Presentation – out of 30 points
~ Evening Gown/Formal Wear – out of 30 points
~ On-Stage Question – out of 30 points
~ Talent – out of 60 points

Formal Wear is judged on a collective system.  Individual and group formal wear will take place in each division.

Highest cumulative score will be announced as the winner and second highest score will be announced as 1st Alternate

In-Person Registration is 7 pm – 8 pm and Registration Form and Application fee ($35) due by 8 pm on the night of the pageant. The pageant will begin at 9 pm.

Music for both contestants’ talents and entertainers must be emailed to hideawaysc@gmail.com with a description and who the song is for by 8 pm on the night of the pageant.

~ Contestants must be at least the age of 18 years old prior to the date of the pageant.
~ Legitimate proof such as driver license, birth certificate, passport, etc., must be provided to the pageant’s promoters.
~ Any contestants found to be under 18 years of age will be disqualified immediately with no refund on entry fee per this rule.
~ Judging will be based on a comparative system.
~ Score sheets will be furnished to you upon request.
~ In case of a tie, the contestant with the highest talent score will break the tie.
~ Contestants will be judged in the following categories: Creative Presentation, On-Stage Question, Talent (5-minute max) and Gown/Formal Wear.
~ The use of dispensing of any illegal or controlled substance (without proof of prescription) will not be tolerated! Immediate disqualification will result for those who break this rule. This rule also includes any kind of alcohol illegally brought into the establishment. (Contestants are responsible for their helpers and/or dancers in this regard as well.)
~ Any Contestant, Dresser, or Dancer caught stealing will immediately be disqualified and will be permanently banned from The Hideaway.
~ Management reserves the right to reject any applicant at its discretion.
~ No entry fee will be refunded under any circumstances.
~ Any contestant caught threatening other contestants, dressers, dancers, etc. will be removed from the pageant and banned indefinitely from the participation in the pageant & the establishment to which it belongs to.
~ Any malicious or heinous acts against other contestants will not be tolerated and parties will be asked to leave the premises and will be banned indefinitely thereafter.

Violation of any of these rules will result in disqualification of the contestant!!!
